Audio Video Lighting

The Bush Convention Center offers limited in-house audio visual services. See items below for a list of services we can provide. All other services must be provided by an approved vendor to have access to BCC in-house audio, visiual and lighting control system.

• Connection of clients' computer to our in-house video projectors must be either HDMI or VGA output from computer. Client will have to operate their own computer and provide remote control to change their slides if needed.
• Connection for up to either 2 wireless microphones or hard wired podium microphones. Use of more than one microphone will require a BCC staff member to be in the room during the event to operate the microphones and will be an additional $30 per hour charge to the client.

The vendors listed below are on the BCC approved vendor list to provide audio, visual and lighting services. These vendors have access to the BCC installed audio, video and lighting controls. Note that no DJ service may connect to the BCC house audio system.
