COVID-19 Response

Modified Hours of Operation

Our staff is working but we are currently keeping the building closed to the public.
  • We are still booking events at 50% capacity.
  • We are meeting with clients by appointment only.
  • Please contact Blair at 432-687-8250 to schedule an appointment with one of our staff or to tour the facility.

Facility Requirements

  • Masks must be worn by all persons while in common areas like lobby and restrooms. Masks are optional while in meeting rooms (Exhibit Hall, Ballroom and basement Meeting Room and offices.
  • Via directives from the Governor's Office, we are currently operating at 50% capacity.
  • We are using signage throughout the Center to remind people to engage in Social Distancing and to keep hands clean.

Cleaning Procedures

  • We have hand sanitizing stations located throughout the facility.
  • We have installed foot plate door openers in our restrooms.
  • Once a meeting space is set up, we use disinfection sprayers to do a final cleaning of the space. We then lock the meeting space to ensure the spaces stays clean until the client arrives.
  • During events, we are having high touch areas like door handles and restrooms cleaned at least once per hour.
  • Staff and vendors are having temperatures checked and must go through a health screening before entering the building for work.
