COVID-19 Response

Facility Requirements

  • As per the directives from the Governor's Office and CDC recommendations, please wear a mask while inside the building or whenever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household.   • We have signage posted throughout the building encouraging people to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines and recommendations. It is the responsibility of the client/event host to enforce these policies for their event.
  • We are following the directives from the Governor's Office regarding occupancy limits. We are currently booking events at a 75% occupancy. This could change based on the guidelines set by the state.

Cleaning Procedures

  • We have hand sanitizing stations located throughout the facility.
  • We have installed footplate door openers in our restrooms.
  • Once a meeting space is set up, the room is sanitized using a commercial-grade electrostatic disinfectant sprayer. The room is then locked to ensure the space stays clean until the client arrives.
  • During events, high touch areas such as door handles and restrooms are being cleaned at a higher frequency to ensure our guests' health and safety.
  • Our staff undergoes a health screening and temperature check before entering the building for work.
